STR # 4027 – Great location! Only a 5 -10 minute walk to downtown Estes Park. Panoramic view of Lake Estes, Stanley Hotel, Lumpy Ridge and Twin Owls from the private patio. Guests can enjoy watching the deer and elk pass by on their way to Lake Estes. Quiet neighborhood, home sits on spacious private acre lot.

The space

Lower level has separate entrance. Upper level is owners private suite that is completely separate and is locked off from lower suite. The owners will not have access to the lower level during your stay unless notified. Owners may be staying in the upper level during your stay but will give you your privacy.

Fully prepared kitchen with stovetop, microwave and full size refrigerator. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, oils and paper goods. Full set of dishes and pots and pans.

Master bedroom with queen bed, dresser and large closet. Second bedroom with king bed that can be converted into twin beds. The sleeper sofa in the living room can be converted into a queen bed. Full bath with large walk in shower. Laundry facilities are on lower level. Lower level has a large covered patio with gas fire pit and BBQ grill.

A short walk to the visitor center will provide you with transportation to Rocky Mtn. National Park during the summer season. Trolley and bus service for local attractions is within walking distance.

Other things to note

The house was built in the early 1950’s but has been updated but still maintains a mix of mid century modern and cozy mountain to make you feel at home during your stay.
The views are amazing, you can waste a whole day on the patio. Animals can be viewed daily passing by on their way to Lake Estes.
