The space

Fall River Homestead is located on a large private forested lot at the base of Old Man Mountain. Great place for exploring!
Great room has a square counter height dining table the seats 8 comfortably.
Living area has gas fireplace, leather sofa (can be converted to queen sofa sleeper) large screen smart TV and additional seating.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans as well basic cooking ingredients and paper supplies. Assortment of serving dishes and a full set of dish ware. There is a small eating area in the kitchen
The master suite is complete with TV, desk, sitting area, deck and master bath.
The other two guests bedrooms and bath are separate from the master. Queen bedroom has access to deck that is connected to the kitchen deck. It also has a private door to the shared bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbeds.
There are two entries into the house. One is the upper level driveway and the other is on the lower level near the garage. There is parking for 4 cars.
(Please note that there is a lower level apartment for the host and their personal guests. They will not be able to access the upper unit during your stay. Both of the units have separate and private entries. Your privacy will be respected)

Guest access

There is parking for three vehicles using the upper and lower level parking areas.
